A driver pulled away from the curb and onto the roadway. He was rear-ended and pushed into a dumpster, causing significant injuries. An animation was created for demonstrative purposes and for visibility and timing analysis. The animation was driven by the output of an HVE crash simulation.

While a worker was entering a residential basement the wooden ladder gave way and he fell, seriously injuring the man. The house interior and exterior, basement, and ladder were reconstructed. The animation takes us from the street, through the house, down the ladder, and into the basement.

A worker fell off a balcony which was lacking required hand rails at the pictured cabin. The cabin was reconstructed to provide dimensional analysis and to serve as a visual aid.
